This research aimed to investigate the relationship between Iterative-Sequential Learning in exploratory projects and the corporate innovation maturity. Results of the research suggest that iterative-sequential learning during exploratory projects is a fundamental underpinning for innovation leadership, innovation strategy, innovation culture and innovation capacity.

The study proved that there are a statistically significant and positive relationship between exploratory project’s Iterative-sequential learning and the enterprise innovation maturity. And suggest that that iterative-sequential learning during exploratory projects is a fundamental underpinning for innovation leadership, innovation strategy, innovation culture and innovation capacity.
